1. Get set
The five-second card shows the outs, runners, and your position. Your player glows teal. The direction is a surprise—watch when the card disappears.

2. Field it. Choose a base.
The grounder goes right at you, left, or right. Your player moves to the ball, and teammates start covering. Everyone pauses so you can choose where to get the first out. Tap a base on the field or its matching button. You can also press 1, 2, or 3.
3. Watch, learn, repeat
Watch the correct play after every answer: throw to the base, or take the nearby force yourself. Read the coaching tip, replay the play, then tap anywhere on the field to continue. Finish practice—or finish the challenge—to review missed plays.
Practice or challenge?
Practice: no time limit. All 180 scenarios, with balanced turns at the five positions.
Challenge: 90 seconds, +10 for a correct answer and −5 for a wrong answer. Scores can go below zero.
The clock pauses from your next-play tap through the five-second setup and ground-ball animation. It runs while you choose, watch the correct play, and read feedback—including this help.
These are your coach’s rules for manageable grounders and normal positioning. Each play has one correct initial base. A double-play animation shows the attempt.
The infield leaderboard is saved on this device, separately from the cutoff game.
